Conference Dates:

April 6 – April 9, 2025

Exhibitor Move-In:

Sunday, April 6 – By appointment only for 20x20 and larger booths

Monday, April 7 – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Tuesday, April 8 – 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Exhibitor Move-Out:

Wednesday, April 9 from 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM only

Tradeshow Hours:

Tuesday, April 8 – 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM

Wednesday, April 9 – 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM
