Due to overwhelming demand, we have reached our maximum registration count for suppliers, and the registration in this category is now closed. This decision was made in order to maintain a balanced ratio of Multi-Site FM attendees to Supplier attendees, ensuring a productive and engaging experience for all participants.
We understand that this may be disappointing. Please know that this cap helps us create meaningful connections and discussions during the conference, ultimately benefiting everyone involved.

To participate in select events at the ConnexFM National Conference, attendees must hold a full conference ticket. For those with Booth-Only or Exhibit-Only tickets, you can still join these exclusive events, but an additional event-specific ticket will be necessary. Pricing for these tickets are provided below and will be available for purchase on-site.

ConnexFM 2025 National Conference room blocks at all properties are now sold out. Our housing booking partner, MCI, has provided the below travel partner option for those still looking for hotels near the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center. Any reservation booked through this link will be managed by aRes Reservations and any questions should be directed to support@areshotelsandtickets.com.
