ConnexFM supplier members may attend as a non-exhibiting supplier, provided that your membership is in good standing. Pricing is based on your membership category:
Category 1 (Annual Sales up to $5,000,000) - $2,000
Category 2 (Annual Sales $5,000,001 - $100,000,000) - $3,000
Category 3 (Annual sales over $100,000,000) - $4,000
Supplier (Non-Exhibiting) Non-Member Pricing - $5,750*
*ConnexFM non-member suppliers may only attend as a non-exhibiting supplier once. Non-member supplier pricing does not include access to Quick Connect but can be purchased separately. Non-member suppliers will be limited to day 2 (Wednesday) access of the tradeshow floor and will not be allowed to access on day 1 (Tuesday).

EVENT-SPECIFIC
TICKETS
To participate in select events at the ConnexFM National Conference, attendees must hold a full conference ticket. For those with Booth-Only or Exhibit-Only tickets, you can still join these exclusive events, but an additional event-specific ticket will be necessary. Pricing for these tickets are provided below and will be available for purchase on-site.

HOUSING INFORMATION
The ConnexFM 2025 National Conference will be held at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center, and we have secured an exclusive rate of $269 + tax per night for members who book through our official housing partner, MCI. To take advantage of this rate, you must complete your online conference registration first. After registering, you will be prompted to book your housing through MCI.
Please note, if you contact the hotel directly, you will not be included in the ConnexFM roomblock, and we cannot guarantee availability. To ensure you receive the secured rate, all housing must be booked through MCI following your registration.
MCI is the approved registration and housing partner of ConnexFM 2025. Any other companies advertising hotel bookings or attendee lists are fraudulent and not associated with ConnexFM.
